2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

a. Subscription-Based Services (If applicable)

  • Users who cancel a paid subscription within 48 hours of purchase may request a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available for subscriptions canceled after 48 hours, but users can continue to use the service until the end of their billing period.

b. Pay-Per-Use or One-Time Purchases

  • If a user experiences technical issues preventing document transcription or translation, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be issued.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • No refunds are granted for successful transcriptions or translations.

c. Incorrect Charges

  • If you were incorrectly charged, please contact support for a correction and refund if applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • User dissatisfaction with AI-generated results. (Since AI accuracy may vary, we encourage reviewing and editing results.)
  • Failure to use the service before the subscription expires.
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions, leading to account suspension or termination.
  • Requests made beyond 48 hours from the purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Review Process

  • Our support team will review refund requests within 5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellations
