Quick update on Document Transcribe pricing. The goal is to make it easier to choose how you want to pay, without changing how you work inside the product.

Trial Access

New accounts now start with a small set of trial credits so you can run a real document through the full workflow.

If you signed up previously but never really had a chance to use it, you should now see 20 credits available on your account. Those credits expire 1 year after they are granted, so you can use them whenever you are ready.

Buy Credits Only When You Need Them

For people who work in bursts, we now support a simple credit-pack approach. Buy credits when you need them, use them when you are ready, and avoid a subscription if that fits your workflow better.

Subscriptions Include Unlimited Generation Features

If you process documents regularly, subscriptions now include:

• Monthly credits for transcription and translation
• Unlimited metadata generation
• Unlimited article generation
• Unlimited exhibit hosting

The unlimited items above do not use credits.

March 14, 2026 Upgrade Bonus

If you upgrade to a subscription plan by March 14, 2026, you will be grandfathered into double the monthly credits on that plan going forward.

And if you are already a subscriber, you are already on double credits:

• Individual: 600 credits/month
• Team: 4,000 credits/month

This gives you more room for transcription and translation, and you can direct those credits toward transcription-heavy workflows when that is the best fit.
